Please bear in mind the following:
- It is imperative that you check the terms and conditions of your reservation.
- A large number of hotels consider arrivals after 16:00 as “late”. Should this be the case, may we suggest that you give your credit-card number beforehand to guarantee your reservation.
- Due to many conferences and other activities in 2017 many of the above mentioned hotels may be fully-booked during the periods of March, May, June, September, and October. If you know you are coming to Brussels at any time during these months, it is best to book - if possible – RIGHT AWAY.
- Most hotels have non-smoking rooms/floors so don't hesitate to request one, if you so wish.
- If possible, to take advantage of weekend or promotional rates (i.e. during the months of July and August).
